JIMS in association with FIEO conducted a full day workshop on “Default Identification and Prevention of Frauds in International Business” on 24th April 2014 at Niryat Bhawan to impart knowledge on technical aspects of trade transactions, alternative possibilities , applicable rules , inherent strength or weakness of a particular type of document etc. The various topics covered in the workshop were highlighted through case studies.
A total of 35 participants from different industries,banks,Export Houses participated in the workshop. The workshop was led by Dr.(Prof.) Ashok Bhagat Ex. Head Sales – Trade & VP Societe Generale, ICC India nominee for ICC Banking Commission Paris –India Chapter & Ex-Officio Member ICC INDIA Executive Committee and presently Dean -International Business , JIMS, Rohini, Delhi. The workshop was also sponsored by ECGC .
