My journey at Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Rohini, has been an extremely valuable and memorable part of my career. The college not only provided me with a strong academic foundation but also helped me develop the confidence, communication skills, and professional mindset required to succeed in the corporate world.
I joined Moody’s through campus placement, and I am grateful to JIMS for providing me with such a great opportunity and supporting me throughout the placement process. As a Placement Coordinator during my time at the college, I also got the opportunity to work closely with the placement team and understand the recruitment process from a different perspective. This experience helped me develop leadership, coordination, and communication skills that have continued to benefit me professionally.
It has now been around four years since I started my professional journey with Moody’s, and when I look back, I can confidently say that my time at JIMS played an important role in shaping my career. The faculty, placement team, infrastructure, and overall learning environment provided me with the right platform to grow both personally and professionally.
Beyond academics and placements, JIMS gave me an environment where I could explore my interests, take responsibility, interact with people from diverse backgrounds, and develop into a more confident individual. The opportunities provided by the college encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and prepare for the challenges of the professional world.
