Resource Management Centre (CRMC) acts as a vital interface to bridge the gap between
Industry and Academia. It actively conducts varied activities like workshops, seminars,
industrial visits to support its core objectives of formulating need-based and result-oriented
training programs. The placement activities are further supplemented through business
expert interaction through, live projects and special industry guided lectures.

The CRMC recognizes that students knowledge, skills and attitude plays a vital role
in their career choices. They measure the students career related competencies,
which further develop them to be fullest by providing guidance to the students by
counseling. Conducting GDPI sessions are also a part of our assessment that prepares
them for vigorous selection process of the corporate.
Rigorous Training and Continuous Evaluation
Training students and developing their personality, special skills with the medium
of Aptitude Test, financial modeling, financial/market research, presentation skills,
training in excel, are a part of our training program. We also arrange for 6-8 weeks
Summer Internship Program (SIP) with leading organizations to expose them to the
corporate world, during this time they also handle projects. Also, forming a placement
committee involving members – and student representatives that organize all placement
activities and events which is a step ahead in grooming them to be industry ready.
In the Counseling sessions student’s queries pertaining to understanding their practical
approach to handle real world situations are handled. It is also vital to assist
students in adjustment with self and environment and also explore career options
while at the institute. Our team also acts as guiding mentor in assisting students
in preparation of a correctly worded resume, clarification of job descriptions and
project related queries, and explaining them the desired career options that exist

Organizing activities like Guest Lecture, Management Development Programme (MDPs),
Seminars/Workshops, Corporate Checkmate, Industrial Visits, and initiating active
membership through Industry Association and Chambers is a part of our interface
program. Also, networking through events organized by AIMA, DMA, Industry Association,
National Level Chambers, FIEO, ASSOCHAM, CII and FICCI helps in building strong
linkages with industry experts. Taking regular feedback during SIP program from
corporate and inviting them for GDPI, Project evaluation, inviting corporate resource
persons and organizing industry academia summit are also a part of CRMC activities.
In order to provide students with proper exposure of the real world, distinguished
professionals from the leading industries are invited to conduct the mock campus.
This extensive activity which is conducted to prepare the students for the final
placement proves a boon for the students and gives them an opportunity to judge
themselves on different parameters.
Well structured placement team is functioning under the guidance of Director and
Deans to maintain cordial relations with the corporate and inviting them for Final
Placements as well as for Summer Internship Programme.
