Samanvay-The HR Club had organized “Squad Up” on 19th March, 2021 for the PGDM batch of 2020-2022. Dr. Neelam Dhall was the judge for the event. The program was based on the theme of Team building and coordination. The Skyscrapper was the first round where the participating team had to make a tall standing Skyscraper structure with the help of newspapers. As a support prop only a stapler and few pins were given to the teams and the total time allotted to the teams to make the tower was 20- 25 minutes. The aesthetics and cleanliness of the structure was one of the most important criteria for the judgement along with other parameters such as height of the tower and teamwork. It was an “elimination round”, and only few teams qualified to the next round. The Masquerades was the second round of the event and was based on theatrics. In this round teams had to enact a role play on specific employee management situations. The teams had to perform with props for approximately 10 minutes. The parameters for judgment were appropriateness of the solution offered through the role play.
Team Squad was judged as the winner while team Chaar Cheeteh and Team Gipper were in the second and third position respectively.
The two hours event was attended with full enthusiasm and vigour by all the participants and the audience.
