JIMS Rohini organized a special session on “Entrepreneurship” for the students of PGDM-Retail Management (Batch 2019-21) on 15th July, 2019. The resource person of the session was Ms. Divvya Guptaa CEO, UIncept Global Pvt. Ltd. The session started with a short introduction by Ms. Divvya where she introduced herself and shared her college days experiences with the students. She emphasized on self-introspection and self-conviction as important tool to succeed in life. She discussed various aspects of entrepreneurship and the concept of incubation and accelerators. She also focused on the global scenario of entrepreneurship and highlighted the fact that India is at number 3 in world for entrepreneurs’ startups and U.S.A. is at number 1 followed by China. She motivated students to explore themselves and come out as an innovator, entrepreneur and become a job provider. She emphasized that one should work upon himself/herself and should not under-estimate his/her value at present. Overall the session was very interactive and highly motivating.
