Workshop for PGDM-International Business (2019-21 batch) on 6th July 2019 "Carve out the real you in yourself" by Mr Gaurav Vashisht
A workshop was organised by International Business department for the new batch (2019-21) by Mr Gaurav Vashisht who heads the operations and business development team at Panache Tech Solutions (P) Ltd. as Executive Director. He started his professional career in 2003 with Global Tea Estate Ltd. as a marketing executive. Mr Vasistha is also a corporate trainer.
The session was conceptualized to groom students with skills like Interpersonal Communication, Personality Development, Leadership & Team Building, Presentation Skills, Negotiating Skills; so as to make them fit for the corporate world. He spoke about the importance of setting up goals in life and held a few activities to boost the confidence within the students. The session elaborated on the difference between smart work and hard work with realistic illustrations.
The session was quite absorbing from a learning perspective as was evident from the queries students raised and the enthusiasm shown .
