JIMS organised a session for PGDM batch (2018-20) Sec C students on 22nd January 2019 on “Importance of Teamwork in Organisation” by Mr Yuvraj Singh Shekhawat, Learning & Development Specialist | Entrepreneur, Pristine Xperia
It was really a motivating and interactive session as speaker told about the pros and cons of working in teams and how it would help in achieving organisational targets.
He also conducted an activity in which volunteers were called and each of them got a balloon and asked them to save their balloon till the end and whosoever will save it he or she will be the winner of the activity, but to the utter surprise of the speaker everyone shared team bonding and refused to burst others balloons.
At the end, a few more group activities were also conducted which were good, entertaining and informative. Overall it was an enthralling and motivating session.
