JIMS Rohini organized an interactive session for students of PGDM-Retail Management batch (2017-19) by Mr. Abhishek Saini (Alumnus PGDM-RM 2012-14) Assistant Store Manager, Louis Vuitton on October 25, 2018. He discussed various challenges that he has faced throughout his journey and how he has overcome the same. The session focussed on the journey of a student from college to a manager in corporate. He emphasised that corporate environment is made up of group of people who act as a single entity and this entity is majorly made up of mind work, strategies & decision making power of the managers. They are the back bone of the corporates. He shared his knowledge on corporate requirements and expectations, corporate experience with the students. His lecture made the student more practical about the industry requirements. All the students well appreciated the session.
