On 11th Aug, 2018, MDP was organised for PRIMA SONIC SPECTRUM PVT. Ltd at Vivanta Dwarka, New Delhi. The Management of the Organisation had specially requested and invited Professor S C Kapoor to conduct one day MDP for the Sales & Marketing team. Amongst total 30participants were top management team led by Mr. Manoj Huriya, CEO and middle management team actively participated in Concept sharing, Mr B. N. Pandey, Head- Business Development, delivered Welcome address with broad perspective of MDP.Negotiation skills are instrumental in contributing to the growth of business.Live cases of the corporate were shared with focus on problem solving strategy leading to viable solutions. The involvement of participation was quite pronounced through active participation in role plays and team work concept indecision making processes.
To enable participants understand strength & weakness in working together to meet organizational goals were assessed through psychometric tests, which infused,enthusiasm and curiosity to learn by self-assessment. It was appreciated by all. As a part of JIMS culture two students, Jayender Vikram Singh PGDM {MARKETING } 4th sem & Devahish Gaur, PGDM { HR } 4thSEM were also member of the team. They contributed in smooth organisation of the programme. Their support with active contribution was appreciated by the Management. As a mark of appreciation, our students were awarded certificate& mementos. The participants were awarded certificate of participation by Professor S C Kapoor & Mr Manoj Huria, CEO.
In the concluding remarks Mr. Yatinder Singh Bhist, Senior associate of top management team expressed his delight with satisfaction on behalf of the participants & management. Mr Manoj, CEO & Mr. Pandey expressed their desire for long term association with JIMS in various Management development concepts for long term.
