ICICCT 2026: International Conference on Pattern Recognition & Intelligent Systems


Objective of the contest: The conferences aim to  serve as vital platforms for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, showcase cutting-edge research, and explore the latest developments in the field of Pattern Recognition & Intelligent Systems. The conference will contribute significantly to the advancement of pattern recognition techniques & Intelligent Systems and their application across various domains.

Learning Outcomes:  The primary objective of ICICCT 2026  was to disseminate cutting-edge insights, trends, and best practices in the fields of Pattern recognition and Intelligent Systems . Attendees gained exposure to the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and innovative solutions through keynote speeches, and technical sessions.

ICICCT-2026 was organized by Department of IT of Jagan Institute of Management Studies,Sector-05,Rohini,New Delhi, India via Zoom meetings on 23rd  May  2026, we received total 340 submissions, out of which 70 papers were shortlisted for review, 16 papers were finally recommended for publication in Springer CCIS proceeding indexed in Scopus. Out of 16 papers, 09 papers were from abroad and 08 papers were from India. We received papers from USA,

Ireland, Egypt, Singapore, UAE, Bangladesh, Switzerland, South Africa, North Africa, Australia, Pakistan, Mexico, Russia &  Germany . In India we received majority of papers from IIT,NIT and other government institutes of repute.

The program started at 11.00 am with Welcome address by Dr. Praveen Arora (Principal Affiliated Programs), Director Address by Dr. Pooja Jain at 11.15 am,  Keynote  address at 11.25 am by Prof. Maria Mercedes (Didith) T. Rodrigo, (Professor, Department of Information Systems and Computer Science, Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.). The title of the Keynote speech was Choice Computing. The speech focused that Choice Computing emerges as a powerful paradigm that combines computer science, data analytics, and human-centered design to support and enhance decision-making across various domains. Choice Computing refers to the use of computational tools and technologies to assist individuals and organizations in making better, faster, and more rational choices.

General Chair address at 12.10 pm by Prof. George Ghinea (Professor, Department of Computer Science, Brunel University London, United Kingdom.). Program Chair address at 12.20 pm by Prof. Vladan Devedzic, (Professor, Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering,

The University of Belgrade, Serbia).

Technical session 01 started at 12.30 pm by Welcome address of Dr. B. Surendiran,  ( Professor, Department of Computer Science Engg, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Puducherry, India.). Total 08 papers were presented in technical session 01.

 Technical session 02 started at 2.50 pm by Welcome address of : Dr. Pratyay Kuila,  ( Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science Engg, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur, India). Total 08 papers were presented in technical session 02.

The conference was ended with vote of thanks given by Dr. Latika Kharb & Dr. Deepak Chahal, Convener ICICCT-2026 at 5.00 p.m.
