A Communication Skills Workshop was conducted on 18th March 2026 for BBA first-year students as part of pre-placement activities, with 88 participants attending the session. The workshop, led by Ms. Rupakshi Gaur, focused on enhancing students’ verbal and non-verbal communication abilities, building confidence for interviews and presentations, and developing professional etiquette. The session combined theoretical insights with practical exercises such as self-introductions, role plays, and mock interactions, making it highly engaging and application-oriented.
Students gained a better understanding of key communication elements including body language, tone modulation, and active listening. Post-session analysis indicated a noticeable improvement in students’ confidence, comfort in public speaking, and awareness of communication skills as an essential employability factor. Feedback reflected high satisfaction levels, with participants appreciating the interactive approach and relevance of the content.
Overall, the workshop successfully achieved its objectives by equipping students with essential communication competencies and preparing them for future academic and professional challenges.
