The event was designed as an interactive initiative aimed at equipping BBA students with practical tools to manage heavy coursework, project deadlines, and placement pressures. With strong participation from second and third-year students, the session addressed the high prevalence of academic burnout.

Ms. Madan delivered a highly research-driven address focusing on:

  • The cognitive impacts of chronic stress on the brain, including impaired memory and decision-making.
  • Cognitive restructuring through the ABC Model to challenge negative thought patterns.
  • Overcoming procrastination by utilizing 25-minute Pomodoro focus bursts.
  • Applying the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize tasks into Do, Decide, Delegate, and Delete.

Through practical breathing demonstrations and time-blocking exercises, she emphasized that time is optimizable and stress is manageable. The interactive elements allowed students to reflect on their own digital distractions and establish clear boundaries.
