The Idea Poster Presentation event, held on 8th November 2025, organized by IIC was a vibrant showcase of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking. The event commenced at 9:00 AM and brought together some of the most promising young minds, eager to present their unique ideas through visually engaging and thoughtfully designed posters. A total of 12 teams participated, each bringing forward innovative concepts addressing diverse themes ranging from sustainability to technology and finance. The event was judged by Dr. Navneet Joshi, Dr. Priyanka Gandhi, and Ms. Deepika, who evaluated each presentation based on the following parameters:
- Originality and Innovation of the Idea
- Visual Presentation and Design
- Table Decoration and Thematic Presentation
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Team Coordination
- Overall Impression / Wow Factor
After an exciting series of presentations and interactions, the results were as follows:
First Position: Team VoidService (Rohan Kumar Rawat, Naman Gupta, Hardik Dhawan, and Chhavi from MCA).
The team impressed the judges with their groundbreaking project VoidPanel, India’s First AI-Enhanced Server Control Panel, conceptualized by Rohan Kumar Rawat, the Founder of VoidService. Their innovative idea stood out for its technical excellence and real-world applicability.
Second Position: Team CrochetContour (Hargun from BCA).
This creative venture began as a simple hobby with yarn and evolved into a remarkable concept of sustainable fashion through handmade crochet. Their heartfelt slogan, “Not Just Handmade – Heartmade”, beautifully captured the spirit of their project and left a lasting impression on everyone present.
Best Poster Award: Team Brightway Investor (Ronak Sharma and Nandini Aggarwal, BBA) for their idea “Brightway Investor – Your Journey to Financial Freedom Starts Here”.
Their poster highlighted services such as learning the stock market from basic to advanced levels, personalized mentorship, and in-depth market analysis — making financial literacy accessible to all.
