On 25th November 2025, during the Regional IIC Meet 2025 held at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Ms. Deepika, Assistant Professor and IIC Convenor, JIMS Rohini, New Delhi, delivered an insightful session as an invited Speaker on the theme:
“YUKTI Innovation & IPR Repository as an Innovation Pipeline.”
The session focused on strengthening innovation culture across HEIs by highlighting the strategic role of the YUKTI Innovation Repository, IPR ecosystem, and IIC framework in building a structured innovation pipeline. Participants gained clarity on how YUKTI supports idea registration, innovation mapping, IPR filings, and connects innovators with mentors, incubators, and funding agencies.
The talk also covered:
- Importance of YUKTI for tracking innovations from idea to commercialization
- Best practices for HEIs in ensuring high-quality data and active participation
- Evaluation mechanisms and support systems for high-potential projects
- Case examples of startups and patents emerging through the platform
- Future roadmap aimed at increasing IP outputs and startup creation
The session was highly appreciated by the participants for its practical insights, clarity, and relevance to institutional innovation strengthening. It contributed significantly to capacity building among IIC representatives across the region.
