Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Sector-5, Rohini, celebrated the vibrant spirit of Diwali Fiesta 2025 on October 17, 2025. The celebration served as a melting pot of talent, drawing active participation from a diverse cohort of students across the MCA, BCA, BBA, and B.A. (Hons.) Economics programs promoting the sense of unity and shared purpose across the diverse academic disciplines of the campus.
The festivity was meticulously organized into three core segments—Talent Hunt, Rangoli Competition, and Student-led Stalls—each strategically designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and experiential learning. While the Talent Hunt provided an expansive platform for artistic expression and the Rangoli Competition fostered cultural sensitivity and aesthetic precision, the student stalls functioned as a practical incubator for entrepreneurial thinking. These initiatives collectively empowered students to hone their leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and collaborative skills in a dynamic, real-world setting.
Beyond the immediate celebration, the event played a pivotal role in enhancing student engagement and nurturing the core cultural values essential to a well-rounded professional identity. To ensure continuous institutional growth, constructive feedback from all participants was systematically reviewed, allowing for the integration of student insights into future event management practices. Ultimately, Diwali Fiesta 2025 stood as a benchmark for student-centric initiative at JIMS, reinforcing the institute's dedication to holistic personality development and excellence in higher education.
