The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of JIMS, Sector-5, Rohini, organized an engaging session on “Converting Innovation into a Start-up” on 22nd August 2025 at B-302. The event was held under the guidance of Vice President Dr. Priyanka Gandhi and convened by Ms. Deepika. The session began at 10:00 AM and concluded at 11:30 AM, drawing an enthusiastic participation of students eager to learn about the journey from innovation to entrepreneurship.
The keynote speaker, Mr. Surjeet Thakur, Founder & CEO of TrioTree Technologies, captivated the audience with his inspiring talk on how innovative ideas can be shaped into successful business ventures. He emphasized the importance of validating ideas, understanding market needs, building strong business models, and facing challenges with resilience. Mr. Thakur’s real-life entrepreneurial experiences added immense value to the session, motivating the participants to think beyond conventional boundaries and explore opportunities in the start-up ecosystem.
