Objective of the Event:
The primary objective of the Workshop on Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Innovation Design was to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of how structured thinking and creative problem solving can drive innovation.
The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) organized an insightful workshop on "Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Innovation Design," aimed at enhancing creativity and promoting innovative problem-solving methods. Held on 28th January 2025, the event was expertly coordinated by Dr. Shivani Vats, who played a pivotal role in ensuring its smooth execution and active participation from attendees.
Led by Mr. Vikas Jain, an international speaker and expert in high-performance strategies, the session introduced participants to the structured methodology of Design Thinking, focusing on its five key stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and practical applications, attendees gained a deeper understanding of critical thinking techniques, which enhance decision-making and foster innovative solutions.
The workshop provided students with the tools to approach challenges systematically, think creatively, and develop user-centric solutions applicable across various industries.
