Alumni Reunion - Comedy Theatre “Plaza Suite” by Dramatech

JIMS known for its reunions and extravaganza added yet another feather to its collection of uncountable memories by inviting & successfully sponsoring Comedy Theatre “Plaza Suite” by Dramatech (authored by America’s prolific playwright Neil Simon) on Saturday, 2nd August, 2014 at Sri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, Mandi House, New Delhi.
Present on the occasion were Mr. Manish Gupta (Chairman, JIMS), Dr. J.K Goyal (Director-JIMS), Dr. Ashok Bhagat (Dean – International Business, JIMS), Dr. Sumesh Raizada (Dean - PGDM, JIMS), Mr. Cherian George (Placement Cell, JIMS), Ms. Jyoti Nair (Associate Dean - Corporate Relations, JIMS) & Mr. Arnab Ghosh (Head- Corporate Relations, JIMS)
Apart from our esteemed Alumni, Corporate were present at the play to experience their lighter side- Mr. Akshay Bhargava, Tata Consultancy Services; Mr. RajKamal, Nestle; Mr. Adil Nargolwala, WNS; Mr. Rohit Bhagat, Yes Bank; Mr. Ashish Jain, FIEO; Mr. Anil Sharma, Blue Star to name a few.
The event was conceptualized by Ms. Surbhi Malhotra (Head- Alumni Relations).
It was an evening to relive the past and revive old memories. It was a heterogeneous affair where the seniors and juniors came together to experience the laughter saga. The mixture of the old and new, juniors and seniors students and teachers was very encouraging. The theatre was packed with 300 guests from Alumni’s, Corporate, Academicians, staff members of JIMS, where they all gathered to experience the entertainment which was rib-tickling.
Truly, the event was an amalgamation of reviving old memories, networking, reminiscing the past, and the best platform to keeping roots intact. The event seamlessly connected, engaged, energized and put the entire alumni into nostalgia. Memories that never fade!
