Ardour: The Cultural Club of JIMS organized JIMS GOT TALENT on 14th October ’2022. 1st year Students of BBA, BCA and B.A. Eco (H), MCA took part in the explicative event.
Objectives:
• To provide students with an opportunity and space to showcase their talents.
• To pave the path for students so that they can express themselves.
• To let student, enjoy and engage with their mates in college.
The Event
The event was consisted of a competition only for first year students in which they showed their talents which consisted of dancing, singing, stand-ups, drawing/sketching/art, photography and many more. The event was full of zeal and excitement. The event was scheduled from 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m. Out of all courses involved around 40 students came upfront and showcased their talent which was indeed a good number that came from the first year.
A good number of responses were received from the students for this event. It was indeed a great experience to watch such creative and innovative students. The event was entertaining as well as amusing. A crowd of around 150 students witnessed the event. The students from each category was awarded.
Learning Outcomes
This activity helped the students to reflect their talent and engaged them with the new surroundings through the event organized.
