The first progressive seminar for Ms. Rashika Malik was organized by the FPM Department at JIMS, Rohini campus on 1st September 2022. Dr. Neelam Dhall, Dean (Research & Development) welcomed & addressed the Departmental Research Committee members for their presence at the seminar. Ms. Rashika started her presentation with the introduction of her research title and proceeded further by explaining the research work undertaken by her during the last one year. The seminar continued for around 1 hour and 15 minutes wherein all the committee members raised their queries, provided suggestions, and evaluated the work done by the scholar. The discussion was related to the research objectives & methodology, variables under study, questionnaire development and the proposed model. Moreover, there were several suggestions from the DRC members and the scholar was advised to incorporate the recommended changes in her research work.
This first progressive seminar not only helped the scholar to showcase her work in front of the DRC but also helped her gain valuable suggestions & insights from committee members to further improvise her work. Towards the end, Dr. Neelam thanked all the committee members for their valuable inputs.
