JIMS Rohini Organized Freshers’ Party for PGDM|IB|RM Batch (2022-24)

The Freshers’ party is an informal gathering hosted by the college and organized by senior students as a friendly welcoming to the incoming new joiners. It’s an event where all the juniors and seniors not only get to meet informally outside the college but it is a great experience for all to bond and know each other better.

Freshers’ party was organized by the students coordinators of EKYUM- the cultural club under the guidance of Dr. Pratima Diapuria- Dean PGDM, Dr R.K. Singh –Dean PGDM RM and Himanshu Goel- faculty for the PGDM|IB|RM batch of (2022-24) students on 10th September 2022 at Crysal Ballroom, Crowne Plaza. The event started with a heartwarming welcoming of all the faculty members and judges for the event and a superb welcome ramp walk of the organizing team members to give the event a bang on start. The anchoring was done by Palak Arora (RM 2nd year), Vanshika Duggal (PGDM IB- 2nd year) and Bikramjit Singh (PGDM IB- 2nd year). They anchored the whole show with great enthusiasm and made the evening a banger by introducing the faculty members through poetry and music.

The event ended with a blast when the DJ in the house played some foot throbbing songs on which even the faculty and staff couldn’t resist themselves from not coming and dancing on the stage. The event was all in all a great success and the Ekyum team looks forward to be hosting more such events and that too at even a larger scale.
