Introduction to the topic started with the explanation of business, Innovation and entrepreneurship, Dr. Anupriya Pandey highlighted the importance and growth of entrepreneurship in India. She further explained the concept of Business Model and the four main areas o f any venture: customers, offering, infrastructure, and financial viability, then she explained the Business Model Canvas Development and spoke about how BMC is a visual way of identifying key elements of your business and their relation. Using the BMC, a clear view of value proposition, operations, customers, and finances can be developed. Dr. Anupriya also explained the 9 frame works of business model and building blocks of how to build a business , She further explained the topics key partnerships , key activities , value proposition , customer relationships, customer segments , customer relationships, key resources , channels , revenue streams , cost structure. The session was full of knowledge and undoubtedly interactive .It was motivational and inspirational for the students who are passionate about the business world and aspire to start their business and become a successful entrepreneur or inventor.The session ended with the closing remarks and question answer round which cleared the concepts and doubts more distinctly.
