JIMS Rohini organised a webinar on “Professional Etiquette for Success” on 7th July, 2021 for PGDM-Retail Management students batch (2021-23).The Resource person was Ms. Ruchika Dugal, Corporate Trainer- Soft Skills.
The motive of webinar was to brief students about Etiquette's, which play an important role in everyone’s life. She emphasized on Professional etiquette's which not only helps individuals to grow in their professional life but also affect their personal lives in a positive manner. It means being honest, trustworthy, and having the ability to put other people at ease. It also means exhibiting kindness and courtesy when working with others. This 90 minutes webinar has equipped students with all the professional etiquette's and knowledge which is required to conduct the business with more confidence, grace and efficiency than before.
Overall, the session was highly enlightening and interactive.
