It's difficult for some people to interact with strangers, but with the right guidance, a student can come out of his shell and find friends and companions for themselves .JIMS, Rohini organised the Orientation week for the new batch of PGDM-IB with a series of interesting sessions. To facilitate the exercise intended to help students of a class begin the process of forming themselves into a team. An Ice Breaking Session was scheduled to warm up the students for the professional course. The Resource person was Mr Yuvraj Singh Shekawat who is an alumnus of JIMS and is currently Co-Founder at Pristine Xperia Pvt Ltd. He is Psychology Hons Graduate and PGDM in HR professional with an experience of over 8 years in the field of Learning and Development and Talent Development.His approach towards students was the highlight of the session.
The session started and ended with a simple activity and even though the activity was termed as simple it served its purpose of each student knowing something about everyone in the batch. Segregated into several groups the students showed their competitive spirit and strove to win the games and activity set up by Mr. Yuvraj.
There was no trace of embarrassment on the faces of students and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and got the first chance at JIMS to show their creativity. He urged the children to tell their stories, no matter how embarrassed or proud they may have been.

His session was very interactive and students found themselves motivated by his speech and actions.
