Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, Sector 5, organized an enriching
career guidance session titled “Career Compass 360°” on 2nd February 2026 for BBA
students, aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of diverse career opportunities
available after graduation.
The session was conducted by Mr. Anmol Upadhyay, Associate
Director, TIME Education (MBA–IIM Trichy, B. Tech), a distinguished mentor whose
academic excellence and corporate exposure brought valuable insights to the discussion. The
session focused on creating awareness about higher education pathways in India and abroad,
including MBA programs, specialized master’s degrees, professional certifications such as
CFA, and various competitive examinations in banking, railways, finance, and management.
Students were guided to evaluate their interests, strengths, and long-term goals to make
informed academic and professional decisions. The speaker also highlighted the scope of
MBA and CFA programs, explained different MBA entrance examinations, introduced
GMAT and overseas education opportunities, and shared practical strategies for effective
exam preparation and career planning. The interactive session empowered students with
clarity, direction, and strategic insight, enabling them to make well-informed career choices
and plan their future with confidence and purpose.
