Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, Sector 5, organized an interactive
session on “Resume Building & LinkedIn Profile Development” on 3rd February 2026 with
the objective of preparing students for professional opportunities and strengthening their
employability skills. In today’s competitive and digitally driven job market, a well-structured
resume and a compelling LinkedIn presence are critical tools for career advancement.
The
session was conducted by Mr. Pawan Kumar, Senior Verbal Faculty at Triumphant Institute
of Management Education (T.I.M.E.), an experienced mentor specializing in CAT, GMAT,
CUET, CLAT, and IPMAT preparation. The session provided practical insights into creating
impactful resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and effectively showcasing skills,
achievements, and academic experiences. Students were guided on personal branding,
professional networking, and aligning their profiles with industry expectations.
The
interactive discussion enabled participants to understand recruitment standards and the
importance of professional visibility in securing internships and job opportunities. As a result,
students gained clarity on structuring resumes, enhancing their online presence, and
presenting themselves confidently in the professional domain, reflecting JIMS’ continued
commitment to equipping students with industry-relevant competencies.
