In today’s competitive academic and professional environment, personality development and leadership skills have become essential competencies for management students. Recognizing this need, the Department of IPU Affiliated Programs, Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), organized an interactive workshop titled “Building a Powerful Personality: Confidence and Leadership Essentials.” The workshop aimed to enhance students’ self-awareness, confidence, and leadership capabilities through experiential learning and interactive activities.
