Their presence significantly enriched the learning environment and bridged the gap between academic discussion and real-world workplace dynamics. A total of 13 high-performing students participated as debate speakers, presenting well-researched, structured, and impactful arguments on contemporary gender-related workplace issues.

The debate sessions were intellectually stimulating and reflected strong critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork among participants. The panel discussion featured highly interactive question-and-answer sessions, where students engaged directly with the panelists on topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), hiring biases, leadership roles, and organizational culture. Panelists shared live industry examples related to policy reforms, HR challenges, inclusive leadership practices, and gender-sensitization initiatives adopted by organizations. To acknowledge student efforts and encourage participation, certificates and special recognition awards were presented to debate participants and contributors. The event recorded an attendance of over 100 students, making it successful and impactful Gender Championship Club initiatives both in terms of participation and learning outcomes.
