Objective of the Program:
FDP on “Empowering Faculty for Research-Driven Management Excellence” aims to foster a
culture of research excellence within academic institutions, empowering faculty members to

of knowledge in management. The FDP aims to familiarize the basic concepts of Research in
Management and acquaint the participants how research thrives on growing management
