Introduction
In today’s fast-paced and demanding academic environment, student’s well-being has emerged as a priority. Acknowledging the growing need to focus on both mental and physical health, the National Service Scheme (NSS) in collaboration with the E-360 Club organized a comprehensive Health Camp and Yoga Session on Gut Health and Stress Management on 3rd April, 2025. The event was conducted by Ms. Sumedha Tulani, with exceptional efforts and coordination by students.
The initiative was designed to in still the importance of preventive healthcare, mindfulness, and physical fitness among students. It aimed to educate attendees about the value of a balanced lifestyle and equip them with tools to manage stress and improve concentration.
Event
The Yoga Session was conducted by guiding the participants through a series of calming and energizing asanas. The session began with warm-up exercises followed by breathing techniques like Pranayama, which are known to improve lung capacity and reduce anxiety. Basic yoga postures focusing on flexibility, strength, and mental clarity were practiced. The session concluded with a guided meditation and relaxation routine, helping students unwind and reflect.
The event witnessed active participation from a large number of students, all of whom showed great enthusiasm and openness
Learning Outcomes

The collective efforts of Ms. Sumedha Tulani, along with faculty in-charges Mr. Ankur Tayal, Ms. Rupakshi Gaur and Ms. Tanshi Ghai, were instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and success of the event. The event truly reflected the values of NSS and E-360 Club in promoting service, self-awareness, and holistic student development.
