JIMS, Rohini students of PGDM IInd year with Contemporary Issue In HR (CIHR) as an elective visited AuthBridge, Gurgaon on 5th Novemeber,2022. The students had a very interesting, value adding and learning experience on “Application of Technology in HR”.

It conducts 5 types of checks, which are Employment, Education, Address, Criminal Record, Identity Checks and takes about 14 working days to verify the details. It presents 4 kinds of reports to its clients. Red Report signifies the termination of an employee. Amber Report signifies that there was insufficient information. Yellow Report means dual employment carried on by the employee and Green Report means good to go.
The company moved from operation centralized organization to technology enabled organization. AuthBridge is utilizing technology for better productivity by using its products.
