Following the new trend it’s time to tell the importance of Mentor in student’s life. The resource person Ms Deeptie Sethi who is a Co-founder of Complimentors and has more than 15 years of work experience in Automobile Industry as a consultant . She started the session by telling her journey from an MBA (JIMS Rohini) to a successful entrepreneur and a Mentor. Ms Deeptie shared the challenges faced at that time with limited resources as comparative to the current scenario. She encouraged students to make use of maximum resources, intellectual to achieve their goals with the help of mentorship.

She further added the importance of career planning in student’s career .Career is a long term journey not a sprint. She encouraged the students to do networking with the corporate professionals, interact with them in different forums to exchange ideas and gain the intellect of the experts in maximum possible way.
She concluded the session by giving examples of philanthropist like Ratan Tata, Azim Premi Ji and motivated the students to follow the top people in the industry. The session was really interactive and well appreciated by the students.
