Ms. Charu Malhotra has been associated with JIMS as an Asst. Professor since three years. An MBA in HR & Marketing specialization. Her core area is in Communication and Personality Development. A good orator, she has been taking sessions on public speaking, soft skills and managerial etiquette to develop the competence of business communication in students. Her prime areas of interest include Human Resource, Economics, Digital marketing, Recruitment & Selection, PDCS, POM/FOM, Business Communication and Marketing Management. 

She Won 3rd prize in Mock Trading Competition, 3rd prize in Re-branding Competition, Won 1st Position in "Around the World" Business Quiz Competition.
