Dr. Ritu Bajaj, holds a Doctorate degree with specialization in Marketing from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has an experience of 16 years in the area of academics and industry. Her dynamic command over communication makes her a great presenter. She has been associated with professional education institutes like Company Secretaries of India and Pearl Academy of Fashion for Training & Development.  She is a true Researcher by heart and acontinuous learner. She has been associated with JIMS since last 10 Years and is currently working as a Professor and Dean PGDM (RM).
