Dr. Pratima Daipuria

Professor- Management

Specialisation: Management
Dr Pratima Daipuria, Dean PGDM Progam at JIMS Rohini.

She holds  MBA in  Human Resource  Management, MA in Economics  and  PhD from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi on Emotional Intelligence.

She is a Certified Hogan Assessor and makes use of personality based assessments for consultancy support to industry in selections, team building, training and coaching. 

With  more than 16 years of experience that includes both academic and corporate, she is actively involved in teaching, research and training, in areas related to individual behavior, interpersonal relations and emotional intelligence. Her work has been presented and published in national and international conferences and various journals. She is on the review panel of various journals. 

Dr Daipuria is actively involved in Corporate consultancy and training  projects related to  emotional intelligence, interpersonal relations, leadership, team dynamics,  work-life balance and related domains.Some of her recently concluded training sessions were in Indian Aviation Academy, Ritu Wears and Delhi Transport Corporation.

She believes that  no two individuals are similar and there are special moments in one’s life that pull everything we have learned. She loves to mentor  young minds by helping them converge- theory, practice, learning and talent.
