Dr. Neelam Dhall, Professor and Dean (Research & Development), JIMS Rohini.


She is an academician, researcher, consultant and trainer with more than 24 years of experience in the field of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from G.G.S.I.P. University; Masters in Psychology from Delhi University; MBA (HR) from G.J. University and PG Diploma in IR&PM from S.P. College of Communication & Management. After a brief stint in Corporate Training, she has been actively engaged in academics for the past two decades. Her research papers have been extensively published & cited in reputed refereed journals. She has also authored three e-learning modules on ‘Training & Development’ for MOOCs platform-‘SWAYAM’. Moreover, she has been regularly reviewing research papers for journals like Operations Research Perspectives by Elsevier; Production, Planning and Control by Taylor & Francis; European Journal of Training and Development by Emerald, to name a few.

With a strong background in Behavioural Sciences, she has an expertise in psychometric testing in the areas of personality profiling, competency mapping, EQ assessment for budding managers and corporate practitioners. She has conducted several training sessions on self-awareness, transactional analysis, emotional intelligence, workplace delight, conflict management, team-building and leadership development for participants from Tata Power, ROINET Solution, Power Grid Corporation, CRM NEXT, Karbonn Mobiles, Atlas Cycles, HCL Technologies, Hotel The Park, Punjab & Sind Bank, Sky Line Power Solutions and many others. Besides this, she is actively engaged in providing consultancy services to corporates. Some of her recent consulting assignments include- Assessment of Career Management Practices, Formulation of Work from Home Policy and Review of Leave & Holiday Policies for ROINET Solution and Identification of Training & Learning needs for Corporate Shiksha. With a good blend of experience in corporate training, consultancy, teaching and research spanning more than two decades, she has been dedicatedly strengthening corporate-academia interface at JIMS, Rohini.
