An expert talk on Capability Analysis with Internships and Live Projects was conducted by JIMS –IIC by our special guest Mr. Abheejit, Founder & Executive Director of Vruksh Ecosystem Foundation on 29th September 2021, to give an insights about the importance of Internships and live projects. Capability Analysis evaluates the impact of internship programs on the professional as well as on personal development and skills of students. Internships and Live-projects are excellent source of practical experience, learning team work, for polishing resumes, for building personal and professional relationships and for earning real money.
The objective of this session was to determine how internship programs and live projects benefit the students for their future career development, professional and personal growth by developing the professional aptitude, developing the broader spectrum of opportunities for students.
