Dr. Neha Shukla is an academician and a trainer. She has close to 11 years of professional experience which ranges from corporate to academics. A gold medalist in psychology from Lucknow University. She holds her MBA degree in HR from Amity University, Noida. She has been teaching subjects like organizational behavior, human resource management, training & development, managerial competence and personal growth. A passionate learner and educator she believes in transfer of knowledge through innovative pedagogical initiatives. She has both presented and published research papers in international and national forums. She has also conducted various training sessions for government officials at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi and for officers of Punjab and Sid Bank, Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd. Her areas of interest include changing dynamics in organizational behavior, digital HRM and Knowledge Management.
