JIMS Rohini organised an insightful session on “Role of Retail in Financial Services” on 21st August, 2021 for PGDM- Retail Management students batch 2021-23. The resource person was Mr. Abhishek Kansal, Proprietor, Easy Investment Financial Services and Alumnus PGDM - RM (Batch 2015-17).
The session started by explaining and discussing the basic terms and nuances of different financial services present in the corporate world. Further on, he described his journey as a marketer and financial advisor as well as illustrated how financial services is in the core of every aspect of a business.
The discussion was followed by a Q&A round in which he cleared all the doubts of students ranging from basic importance of finance to how one can build a career in this field.
It was a very insightful session and students learnt and enjoyed a lot.
