A Pre-orientation session series has been organized for PGDM Batch 2021-23. The fourth session of the series was conducted on 17th July 2021 on the topic ‘Getting ready for workplace of future’. The resource person for this session was Ms. Srishti Sharma who is currently working as process manager HR analytics at eClerx.
Being an alumnus of JIMS, Ms. Srishti started with sharing bits about her experience here and started interacting students about the future of workplace. The session continued with wonderful insights about concepts like VUCA world, Technological transformation and many more. Students started engaging more when she introduced them into breakout rooms. They were supposed to interact with each other and discuss about technological transformation at workplace.
The symposium was summed up with conclusions about the breakout room discussions given by students followed by an open QnA epilogue. Overall, the session was a great success providing better understanding about corporate future and strategies to prepare for it.
