Submission Guidelines

  1. ‘PRASTUTI-19’ invites postgraduate and undergraduate students of all streams not limited to Management, IT and Engineering to submit innovative ideas and practices in the form of the synopsis (Max 200 words) linked with the theme of the convention.
  2. The synopsis will be submitted in any of the following tracks, depending upon topic and level (UG or PG):
    1. TRACK1: Post Graduate
    2. TRACK2: Under Graduate
  3. All submissions will be handled electronically only via weblink.
    1. Weblink: Register.
    2. Fill in required details and submit the form.
  4. Submission will be acknowledged on the registered mail id with all information entered online.
  5. Reviewer’s decision will be intimated through the mail in case of acceptance/rejection.
  6. Accepted synopsis needs to be presented at the convention after acceptance notification.
    1. The presentation must be made in Microsoft PowerPoint.
    2. Time allotted for presentation is 15 minutes (+ 5) minutes.
  7. Best Paper from each track will be awarded with cash prize INR 10,000/- and certificate.
  8. All the Contestants will be presented with participation certificates.
