The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, successfully conducted the IIC Student Council Recruitment 2025 on 29th October 2025 at JIMS, Sector-5, Rohini. The recruitment aimed to onboard enthusiastic and innovative students across key domains including Social Media, Startup, IPR, and Innovation.
The selection process was organized through domain-wise interviews. Dr. Megha Mohan conducted interviews for the Social Media Domain (Room C-302), Dr. Jyotsna for the Startup Domain (Room C-304), Ms. Vaishali for the IPR Domain, and Dr. Shivani for the Innovation Domain (Room C-305). Students were assessed on leadership skills, communication abilities, innovation mindset, and willingness to contribute to IIC initiatives.
A total of 95 students registered through an online form, representing BBA (38), BCA (27), BA Economics (17), and MCA (13). The active participation reflected strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
The recruitment drive was efficiently coordinated by Ms. Deepika, IIC Convenor, ensuring smooth execution. The event concluded with positive feedback, marking a significant step toward strengthening the IIC Student Council for the academic year 2025–26.
