Dr. Teena Wadhera

Specialisation: -Human Resource Management

Dr. Teena Wadhera is associated with JIMS for more than a decade. She received her PhD from the Department of Psychology, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. 
Currently her areas of research include Voluntary turnover, Workplace spirituality, Job embeddedness and Work engagement. Her area of interest includes integrating management with spirituality and building virtuous employees for the organisation.
