Teaching is something she always admired and she feel this is one of the noble jobs. she have over 8 years of experience in teaching students of post graduate and graduate level and hold Phd in Organisational Behaviour from Faculty of Management Studies, (FMS) Delhi University. Dr.Heena is a  NET- JRF qualified UGC fellowship holder and also hold MBA in Human Resources Management (HRM). She has various research articles and publications in journals of repute. She has been teaching subjects like- Human resouce mangement,Organizational behaviour,Entreprenurship development, Buisness ethics and Corporate Social Resposibility, Business law, Business organization & mangement, Business environment. In addition to this, she have worked as mentor to many students. Teaching for her is fun and she try her best to motivate her students to enjoy it.
