With limited resources but immense determination, he set up a small handcart in Rani Bagh, and began his venture with the support of his nephew R. K. Yadav. selling popular street foods such as samosas, kachoris, aloo tikki, and chaat.
With little more than a cart, a few ingredients, and a heart full of ambition, he began serving freshly prepared snacks to passers-by. Every plate he served carried not just great taste but also care, consistency, and dedication—qualities that quickly won the trust of local customers.
It began with the sizzle of a single tawa and a young entrepreneur's vision. Mr. Satiram Yadav didn't just start a food business—he started a movement that would transform how India experiences authentic taste. What started as "Bittoo Tikki Wala" became the foundation of something much bigger.
