About Us.

Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) Rohini Delhi,(www.jimsindia.org) imparts professional education at post graduate and graduate levels in the fields of Management and Information Technology. It is amongst the top management Institutes of India. The flagship programme, PGDM, is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and accredited from National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for excellence in quality education. PGDM has also been granted equivalence to MBA degree by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). JIMS in association with Udgam invites proposals to take your business idea to next level. We believe that every dreamer & ideator should be given a platform to showcase his idea. Participate in the Business Plan Competition and turn your great idea into a reality.

Eligibility.

Only for Final Year Under-graduate Students of any discipline.

Awards for top three ideas.

  • Winner: 11000/-
  • First Runner Up: 5000/-
  • Second Runner Up: 3000/-

Important Dates

  • Last date for applications - 25th February 2017

Rules & Regulations

  • Maximum participation of 4 members in each team.
  • Each team has to submit the duly filled application form along with the business idea.
  • Applications will be reviewed by experts committee of JIMS and UDGAM.
  • Skype interviews of selected teams will be conducted by the committee.
  • Shortlisted teams will get mentoring and guidance by experienced industry experts & successful entrepreneurs of Udgam’s community.
  • Shortlisted teams will give presentation of their business ideas to the jury.
  • The judgement would be based upon the following criteria:
  • Is business financially feasible?
  • Quality of products, services and/or solutions
  • Market opportunities and competition
  • Overall attractiveness of the venture
  • Judges decision will be final & binding.
