[PGDM Programme]

The CRMC (Corporate Resource Management Centre ) is entrusted with the task of selecting, inviting and following up with the various corporate with whom JIMS intends to place its students; be it for their summer training or their final placements. Further, this committee also arranges all Pre-Placement Talks on campus, along with the campus interviews . This also provides students with opportunities for Online Projects, which they can pursue along with their session.

The Process commences from November onwards every year for the graduating batch. It is coordinated by a student managed Placement Committee under the guidance of Centre Head, CRMC.

Companies are invited to participate in the Campus placement week to recruit the graduating batch in December II week. Companies are allotted day and time slots as per their convenience during which they can deliver the Pre Placement Talks and also conduct the selection process.



Representations from various organizations entail a presentation to appraise students about the organization. Company can also distribute brochures, annual reports, product samples and souvenirs to enhance brand awareness among students. PPT enables a student to evaluate his/her own interest in the company and thus helps them to identify the appropriate profile for themselves.

After the PPT the company conducts the selection process to recruit the final year PGDM students. The process may include written test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

The Final selections are announced by the company on the same day or within 3 working days. The selected students are given offer letters which they accept by signing and returning a copy to the organization.



Companies are requested to forward their recruitment needs to the Placement Office using the Company Response Form. In order to facilitate meeting your expectations better, please ensure that the form reaches us as early as possible.
