An Interactive Session Conducted by The JIMS Alumnus
JIMS On 11th July 2009 organized an interactive session of our JIMS alumnus, Neeti Singh ( PGDM Batch 2004-06) for PGDM I year students. Prof. S.C Kapoor mentor and guide of Neeti Singh during her JIMS days introduced her to the PGDM Batch 2009-11. Neeti Singh is currently working as Human Resource Manager in Nouvasys, Mumbai. She is among the best placed students of JIMS. She shared her experiences with the students and gave them an insight of corporate world. She briefed students on the issues like changing role of HR, Quality of HR Manager and Role of HR Manager in recession. She also drew comparison between class room teaching and industry exposure. It was an interactive session which helped the students gain an insight of the corporate culture and working style.
