Prof. P.K. JAIN ,, Modi Foundation Chair Professor of Finance, Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, has a teaching experience of nearly 40 years. He had earlier served IIT as Head of Department of Management Studies and Co-ordinator of Dalmia Research Programme on Management in Asia. Besides India, he has also taught at Management Institutes of the Universities of Basrah, Paris, Bangkok, New Jersey, Slovenia, where he was awarded the title of Honorary Visiting Professor, Slovenia. He has also been conferred the Best Teacher Award 1912 by IIT Delhi. He has been delivering lectures as a visiting professor at large number of National Professional Institutes and Public Sector Undertakings. He is a prominent reviewer of Journals like Vision, Abhigyan, Finance India, Management and Change etc.
He has authorized more than a dozen popular standard tax books on Financial Management, which have run in several dozen reprints. More than 150 research papers have also been published by him in reputed National and International Journals. A dozen students have completed their Ph.D under his guidance. He has organized and directed several important MDP’s and CEP’s and online executive Development programmes for companies like TCS, IBM, IOC, HCL, ITC Hotels, NTPC, BHEL, EIL. He was also an expert on the Panel of Interviewers for the UPSC Central Services Selection Board. His Contribution in the field of Finance has been recognized both at the National and International Levels in the form of various famous awards. Mr. Jain enjoys the prestige of a national professor.

Prof A.K. Sengupta ,a chair Professor at JIMS, is a former Dean of The Institute of Foreign Trade (a Deemed University) New Delhi. He is MA Eco. and Ph.D and has 46 years experience of teaching and research. He is a widely travelled man. Mr. Sengupta is a member of various Committees of the govt. of India and associated as a resource person with many assignments of FICCI, ASSOCHAM & SAARC Chamber of Women Entrepreneurship Council (SCWEC) etc. He has conducted more than 35 research studies on various aspects of International Business sponsored by GOI, UNDP, SIDA, IDBI and World Bank.
Dr. Sengupta has been serving as an external expert for Ph D viva in BHU, Lucknow University, Punjab University, Chandigarh, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He has also been serving as a Resource Person for various training programmes for the Corporate Sector and Banks such as Bata India Ltd., MMTC, ITC, Nestle, STC, PEC, ICICI, J P Group etc. and a visiting faculty in reputed institutes such as IIFT, MDI, IMI, IMT, BHU, Punjab University, Lucknow, DAVU, Indore and so on.
Mr. Sengupta has authored six books on topics connected with International Trade and Competitiveness and several occasional papers such as “Business Process Outsourcing” and “India as a Global Hub for R & D, and so on. He has conducted several workshops in and outside the country, such as “Prospects of Indo-Bangladesh Trade”. Some of his famous books are – ‘India-Ethiopia: Emerging Business Opportunities’, ‘Business Intelligence: 15Products and 15 Markets’, ‘Managing Global Competitiveness: What Indian Companies Must Do’? ‘Managing in the Era of Change: Challenges & Opportunities’. His main subject of interest is ‘Cultural Dimensions in International Business’. He has presented papers in several academic institutions and in international conferences both in India and abroad - North America, Europe, Middle East, South East, and so on. Under UNDP fellowship programme he had spent a term as Visiting Scholar at John Anderson School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles.

Mrs. Nirupama Gupta is an Electronics & Communication Engg. Graduate of IIT Roorkee of 1969 batch and M. Tech. in Computer Science. She is associated with Technical Education for the last 38 years at Degree & Diploma level. Mrs. Gupta started her career as Lecturer at National Institute of Engg., Mysore. Since 1975, she is serving Department of Training & Technical Education Delhi at different positions. She was Principal of various Govt. Polytechnics with a number of initiatives and achievements to her credit.
She was recipient of National Level Science Talent Search Scholarship of NCERT. She has authored books and learning material for Indian society of Technical Education, (ISTE) and for The Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, IETE. Mrs. Gupta has been a member of various committees constituted by bodies like AICTE, ISTE etc. She was general secretary of ISTE, Delhi chapter in the year 2001.
Mrs. Gupta served World Bank as Consultant for two years in the “World Bank Assisted Technician Education Project – Tech. Ed. I&II”. During this period she was actively involved in the Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation of the Projects at National Level.

He is the founder and senior most partner of OP Bagla & Co-Chartered Accountants with more than 8 partners and several paid Chartered Accountants. The company enjoys a good position in top CA firm of the country. Mr. Bagla is on the Board of Directors of number of limited companies and a member of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
After Passing B.Com (Hons.) in 1964 in First Class from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1964, he completed CA in 1967, in the first attempt. Prof. R.P Maheshwari, M.Com, LL.B (Throughout First Class), Honorary Director General of JIMS since inception, is a teacher par-excellence with nearly sixty years of experience. Before joining JIMS, he was Vice-principal, Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. He is an author of repute of more than a dozen popular standard Text Books on various subjects of commerce, both in Hindi and English of which several editions have been published. Two of his books were subsidized by National book trust many times. He is an awardee of UP Govt. Motilal Nehru Prize (1993) for the best book on Mercantile Law in Hindi.
He has been associated with most of the professional Institutes such as ICAI, ICSI, ICWA, DPC, NCERT and many more for more than 35 years, as teacher, valuer, paper setter and moderator. Dr. V.B Aggarwal has been the Founder Head of the Deptt. of Computer Science, University of Delhi and has been the leader in introducing MCA Programme in India for the first time. The programme introduced by him in 1982 is being followed even today in almost all the institutes of India.
He is M.Sc (Delhi), MS and Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, USA. He is the awardee of several Academic Honors such as National Science Talent Search Scholarship, All India National Scholarship, All India University Scholarship, Lala Shibhu Mal Prize, St. Stephen’s College, Ram Behari Prize, St. Stephen’s College, University Fellow, University of Illinois.

Ms. Deepika Saxena is currently working as Assistant Professor in JIMS, and has work experience of more than 7 years including academic and industry (2 years in OTIS Elevators Co. India Ltd. as Finance Executive). She is a graduate in commerce from Delhi University, and in computer applications form IGNOU. She has done Masters in Business Administration from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad. She is currently pursuing Ph.D from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida in the area of Financial Inclusion. Her other area of research includes micro-finance, micro-credit, technology in banking etc. She has also conducted one day MDP on “Micro-finance: fund accessibility to masses with good business sense.” Her area of teaching includes Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Financial Management. She has published and presented several research papers in the National and International Conferences. Her latest research paper titled: ‘Technology based Initiatives by Indian Commercial Banks towards Financial Inclusion’ was published and presented in the annual conference of IIM-Bangalore.
