Teacher’s daycelebration

The students of Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Sector -5, Rohini, and New Delhi organized Teacher’s Day celebration on Wednesday, 5th September 2012 at its campus. The celebration was a well planned and framed act depicting all respect and dedicated love for their teachers. Dr. Madan Mohan, Dean – PGDM, had contributed all his efforts in the planning & execution of the event. The event saw a warm welcome by Prof. R.P Maheshwari Director General with his eloquent speech dedicated on this day. He shared his thoughts and visions on the guru-shishya relation. He further opined that the guidance and the contribution of the teacher’s in shaping a student’s career is worthy of being recognized. The contribution is immense which should be much appreciated and accolade. The event was planned by the students of PGDM, PGDM (IB) & PGDM (RMM) with an array of activities planned for their teachers like dance, skit, mimickers, and music & fun games. The event was a fiesta for the teachers and the students where they interacted in a fun way through question-answer round. The teachers were further given a token of remembrance from students like remembering quotes and gifts. The event was surely a memorable experience for students and their guides. After all, they serve all their energies in guiding and bringing the energies of the management students together. The event was a mix of fun & masti. Overall, the event was a fiesta much appreciated by the students and the teachers.
